ISAIAH 61

inner healing and deliverance

Isaiah 61 is an inner healing and deliverance ministry in which we aim to help you remove any obstacles that keep you from feeling a deeper connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

...to bring good news to the poor... bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favour, to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn... to give them a beautiful head-dress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified...

Isaiah 61:1-3

Isaiah 61 ministry

Many of the obstacles to a deeper relationship with God are caused by lies we have believed about God or ourselves, unforgiveness towards others or ourselves and sin which we have not recognised. This often leads to a struggle with emotions or behaviours from which Jesus has promised to set us free.

At an Isaiah 61 session we will help you to have a conversation with the Godhead and to hear from Him for yourself. During this time we will use a number of tools to help you hear from the Godhead and deal with areas that are preventing you from living in freedom. This will include identifying lies which you may have believed and repenting and renouncing these, allowing God to replace them with the truth that is on His heart for you.

The intention of Isaiah 61 is to help you deepen your relationship with God, become free of anything that is preventing this and to enable you to walk in freedom and fulfil your destiny. Isaiah 61 does not create human dependency but empowers you to walk free in the power of the Holy Spirit.

An Isaiah 61 session normally lasts about an hour and a half to two hours. They are normally conducted by two team members and are (with some legal exceptions) completely confidential. This is not counselling but a time of interacting with the Godhead in prayer (conversation with God)
